Our team
Polya Koleva
Founder
She has over 18 years of professional experience in the field of business development, data analysis, international event organization and project management. She has competencies in the field of controlling the implementation at the organizational level, contract management, certification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing business strategies and plans.
Polya Koleva has solid experience in managing EU-funded projects, as well as strategic projects for sustainable development in the field of sports, events, tourism, etc. In her professional career, she has held leadership positions in international companies, the European Parliament and the Bulgarian Network of the UN Global Compact, where she is still the coordinator of projects related to sustainable development.
Polya Koleva has participated in the organization of over 10 international conferences, over 5 international sports events and a large number of local ones.
Polya holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in "Responsible and Sustainable Management" from Sofia University "Kliment Ohridski", with a Master's thesis topic: "Sustainable Management of Sports Events", and holds a certificate for completed training in sustainable sports from EcoSportsPro. Her professional expertise is focused on sustainable sports and sustainable events.
Polya Koleva has experience in developing strategies, programs, platforms for sustainable development and their evaluation and reporting, both in Bulgaria and abroad.
Lyubov Kirilova
Sustainable Development Expert, Innovative Entrepreneur and Mentor
Lyubov is committed to building sustainable business strategies for behavioral change. She is one of the creators of the bite-size learning program for sustainable behavior, which helps people and organizations adopt sustainable habits in an accessible and effective way.
She has participated in Erasmus+ projects in the fields of sustainable fashion, personal ecological footprint and gender equality, with a focus on the practical application of sustainable practices in various industries.
She has extensive experience in team management, enhancing employee engagement and developing soft skills. Her professional experience includes work in the fintech industry, IT and telecommunications, as well as developing modern platforms for training and motivation.
Her goal is to inspire people and organizations to embrace sustainability as a natural part of their business and culture.
